These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the relationship between the buyer and the seller for the sale of goods through the online store crystalbohemia.ae.
By placing an order via the website, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these GTC. The GTC form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the buyer and the seller.

Buyer
The buyer is any person placing an order through the online store. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these GTC and that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding sales contract. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery information.
II. Security and Data Protection
The seller declares that all personal data provided by the buyer will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required for the distribution or payment processes related to the order.
Data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. The buyer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
III. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are current and valid at the time of order placement. Prices are contractual and include any applicable taxes and fees as shown in the order confirmation. The final price payable by the buyer is confirmed at the time the order is placed.
IV. Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract
Orders can be placed exclusively through the online store at crystalbohemia.ae. By placing an order online, the buyer submits an offer to purchase the selected goods at the stated prices.
The sales contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order via email or another electronic method. The buyer has the opportunity to review and, if necessary, amend the order before final submission.
V. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw by submitting the withdrawal form provided on the website.
The goods must be returned in their original, complete, and undamaged condition (including all accompanying documentation and original packaging). If the goods are returned incomplete or damaged, the seller reserves the right to reduce the refund accordingly. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the effective withdrawal, either by bank transfer (if the buyer provides the account details) or by issuing a credit for future purchases.
If any gifts were included with the purchase, the withdrawal also results in the forfeiture of such gifts, which must be returned along with the goods.
VI. Payment Terms

VII. Delivery Terms
Delivery of goods is carried out by courier service to the address provided by the buyer during the ordering process. Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the package for any visible damage and notify the seller if any issues are noted.
VIII. Warranty Conditions
The warranty conditions applicable to the goods are governed by the seller’s warranty policy and relevant consumer protection laws. The original purchase receipt serves as the warranty document.

The sales contract, including any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by the applicable law. In the event of any dispute, the competent court shall be that which has jurisdiction over the seller’s registered office.
